At the centre of Berghuus is the historic dining room (Arvenstube) “Ustereia", which was preserved in its original form. Here our internationally renowned chef, Fadri Arpagaus, treats you to local dishes, as well as a taste for the big wide world.
Recipes from three different continents
Fadri learned his trade in Europe, Asia and in the US. Now he combines international dishes with classics from Bündnerland, the Grisons region.

Reservation for lunch
We serve our lunch menu from 11.30 am to 2.00 pm. In the afternoon, from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm, we offer a small menu featuring a selection of dishes for a light snack. We look forward to your booking.

Dogs are welcome, on a lead and allowed under the table. Please let us know in advance so that we can take your dog into consideration when placing him at the table.

We are happy to serve you our evening menu from 6 p.m. For dinner, please make a reservation in advance. We look forward to taking your order by 7.30 p.m. at the latest.
